The new Musée des 24 Heures - the Museum of the Le Mans 24 Hours endurance race, opened its doors in April 2009. Here the visitor can discover the history of the famed Le Mans 24 Hours race and how the automobiles participating in the race have evolved over the years.
The Musée des 24 Heures is spread over 4000 m², right next door to the Circuit de la Sarthe, the race circuit used for the 24 Hour race. It contains a permanent exhibition dedicated to the Le Mans 24 Hours event with more than 100 exceptional cars on display, dozens of films and archival photographs. The Museum also houses a number of sets and scenes reconstructing the atmosphere of the Le Mans 24 hours from yesteryear.

open daily during school holidays for French zone 3 holiday areas 11h to 17h
Admission Prices: Adults: €8.50 ; 10-18 years: 6 €; Up to 9 years: free; Reduced rate (6€) for students, disabled, pensioners.
